Aussie Community Care is committed to clear and transparent pricing. Under the Aged Care Rules 2025, providers must publish their prices so participants and representatives can make informed decisions.

Pricing schedule notes

  • All prices include administration and travel costs. No hidden fees.
  • You may be required to contribute towards the cost of your services based on an assessment by Services Australia.

Statement of Rights

Participants will be provided with the Statement of Rights under the Aged Care Act 2024. The Statement of Rights explains the rights of older people receiving funded aged care services.

  • Independence, choice and control
  • Participation in decisions about care
  • The right to raise concerns without fear of reprisal

Participants can request a copy from Aussie Community Care at any time by phone, email or in person.

Initial conversation

We discuss your needs, goals, preferences, location and current support arrangements.

Care planning

We identify suitable services, worker requirements, risks and communication preferences.

Service matching

We match support workers based on availability, skills, location and your preferences.

Ongoing reviews

We monitor your support arrangement and adjust services as your needs change over time.

How to make a complaint

We value your feedback and take all concerns seriously. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, you have the right to make a complaint.

Internal complaints

Speak with us directly. We will listen, investigate and respond promptly.

External complaints

You can also contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission — an independent body that handles complaints about aged care services.

No disadvantage: Making a complaint will not affect your access to services or the quality of care you receive.
